Joey and Piper hired us before they purchased their home to evaluate the property and determine how much their remodel projects would cost.  Our pre-purchase evaluation and estimating services provide our clients with knowledge and confidence before making any decisions. A Full Remodel & Second Story Addition

The home they purchased is a turn-of-the-century craftsman.  The plan for the home was a full remodel including a second story addition. We worked closely with Joey and Piper, in our scheduled design meetings, to ensure that their favorite details including window trim, old doors, and the original floor plan were preserved.  

Each room was strategically and creatively thought out in the planning process, with equal attention to function, style, comfort, and versatility.

The Details

Playing with design and details and making it all come together.
Salvaged from the downstairs bathroom was the original claw foot tub. We uninstalled the tub and placed it where it could be lovingly hand painted by Piper to give it a updated modern edge.
Throughout the 2nd-story addition we implemented craftsman-style design and detail to maintain consistency between the new upstairs and the original downstairs, for example, windows.
Down to every detail you can expect quality craftsmanship. We care, as much as you do, about how everything looks, feels and functions in your home, whether we are building a staircase or installing locks.

This second story addition includes 3 big bedrooms and one full bath and plenty of room for a future 2nd bath.
